Michael Guddah

Michael Guddah is a Knights of Columbus Field Agent with the Stice Agency, serving brother Knights and their families in Philadelphia, Chester, and Fish town. Michael has been a member of the Knights of Columbus for nearly three years, and became a Field Agent for the Order in 2018.

When asked why he became a Field Agent, Michael said, “I became a Field Agent to help recruit new members, meet with members and their families to help ensure their financial needs are addressed and met.”

Originally from Kakata, Liberia, West Africa.  Michael earned a diploma in Restaurant and Hotel Management and earned an associate diploma in General Construction from Takoradi Polytechnic, Takoradi, Ghana.

Prior to becoming a Field Agent, Michael has enjoyed a variety of careers including; Assembler at Lear Corporation (Chrysler) Newark, Delaware, a Merchandiser at Advance West Coast Marketing in East Legion, Ghana and General Manager of Cross World Ventures Limited Kaduna, in Nigeria.

Michael is the second male born of five children, three brothers and two sisters. His parents are originally from Liberia, West Africa. Michael is married to his wife, Comfort, who is a Direct Staff Professional, and they are parishioners of St. Christopher Catholic Church.

Michael is a member of St. Jude Council #04273 where he works with his Grand Knight on the membership and recruitment process.

When asked what he hopes to achieve for his members, Michael said, “I have well over 20 years of leadership and managerial experience, and I have worked with multiple nationalities both local and international. My experience has helped me to be more patient, listen more and solve problems in a friendly and safe way.”
